CRID Book Publishing welcomes submissions from academics, researchers, and professionals across disciplines. To maintain high standards of scholarly publishing and ensure a smooth publication process, authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing their manuscript.

 1. Manuscript Types

We publish the following types of books:

• Monographs

• Edited Volumes

• Conference Proceedings

• Short Books / Research Briefs

• Textbooks and Reference Works

 2. Language and Style

• All submissions must be in English and written in clear, formal academic language.

• Use a consistent tone, formatting, and citation style throughout the manuscript.

• If needed, please have your work professionally proofread before submission.

3. Formatting Requirements

• Submit manuscripts in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format.

• Use 12-point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing, and standard 1-inch margins.

• Each manuscript should include:

  • Title Page (with full title, author(s) name, affiliation, contact info)

  • Abstract (150–300 words)

  • Keywords (4–6 relevant terms)

  • Table of Contents

  • Chapters or Sections (clearly numbered)

  • References or Bibliography

 4. Word Count & Structure

• Recommended total length: 20,000 – 60,000 words.

• For edited volumes, include a short introduction by the editor(s) and individual chapter abstracts.

• Manuscripts should follow a logical structure: Introduction → Chapters → Conclusion → References.

5. Figures, Tables & Illustrations

• Number and title all figures/tables.

• Submit high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi) in JPEG or PNG format.

• Ensure all visuals are referenced in the text and permission is granted for reuse, if applicable.

 6. Referencing Style

• Acceptable referencing styles include APA, Chicago, or MLA.

• Choose one style only and apply it consistently throughout the manuscript.

7. Originality and Ethical Responsibility

• Submissions must be original, unpublished work, and not under review elsewhere.

• Authors are responsible for:

  • Obtaining permissions for third-party content

  • Avoiding plagiarism

  • Ensuring accuracy of content

 8. Review & Editorial Process

• All submissions undergo editorial review and/or peer review.

• Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on feedback.

• Final decision for acceptance lies with CRID’s editorial board.

9. Submission Instructions

• A cover letter introducing your work

• Author(s) bio (100–150 words each)

• Abstract and keywords

• Optional: Sample figures/images in ZIP format

10. Post-Acceptance Process

Once accepted:

• Authors sign a publishing agreement.

• Manuscripts proceed to copyediting, typesetting, and design.

• Authors receive page proofs for final review.

• Upon approval, the book is published in print and/or digital formats, assigned an ISBN, and distributed globally.

11. Open Access and Print Options

• Authors can opt for Open Access eBook distribution (subject to applicable charges).

• Standard output includes black & white paperback with color cover.

• Hardcover and full-color printing options are available upon request.

12. Copyright & Licensing

• Authors retain copyright.

• CRID requires a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the work.

• Licensing options include Creative Commons (for Open Access) or traditional copyright.
