Indexing and Digital Archiving

CRID Book Publishing – Indexing and Digital Archiving

At CRID Book Publishing, we are committed to maximizing the reach, visibility, and long-term accessibility of all published works. To achieve this, we ensure that each title is included in trusted indexing databases and digital archiving platforms, making your research discoverable to global academic communities.

Indexing Services

All CRID-published books and chapters are submitted to or integrated with:

  • Google Books

  • Google Scholar

  • Crossref (with DOI assignment)

  • OpenAIRE

  • WorldCat

  • Semantic Scholar

  • BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine)

We continue to expand our indexing outreach to other major repositories and databases to increase discoverability across disciplines.

DOI Assignment

Each CRID book and individual chapter is assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Crossref, which ensures:

  • Permanent and citable URLs

  • Easy integration with research profiles (e.g., ORCID, ResearchGate)

  • Enhanced academic credibility

Digital Archiving and Preservation

To guarantee the long-term preservation of published content, CRID participates in digital archiving initiatives, including:

  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)

  • CLOCKSS

  • Internet Archive

This ensures that your work remains secure, accessible, and retrievable for generations to come—even in cases of system failure or changes in hosting platforms.

Accessibility and Open Access

All CRID publications are made available under an Open Access model, meaning your work can be freely accessed, read, and shared by readers worldwide without subscription barriers.
