CRID Book Publishing is committed to providing affordable and transparent publishing solutions for authors and institutions worldwide. This policy outlines our pricing structure and refund terms to ensure clarity and trust in our publishing services.

Eligible Refund Cases:
Duplicate payment made for the same service
Service cancellation within 3 days of payment and before editorial processing begins
Inability to deliver service due to unforeseen internal constraints
Non-Refundable Cases:
Manuscript already assigned for editorial review or in production
Author withdrawal after editorial work has commenced
Delayed responses from authors causing schedule changes or cancellations
Dissatisfaction with peer review feedback (peer review outcomes are part of academic publishing)
