Welcome to the CRID Conferences Author Guidelines page. Here, we provide essential instructions to help authors prepare and submit high-quality research for inclusion in our conference proceedings and partner journals. We value clarity, originality, and academic rigor.
1. Manuscript Preparation
Please ensure that all manuscripts:
- Are original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- Follow the CRID Conference Proceedings Template strictly.
- Are written in clear academic English with proper grammar and structure.
- Include a title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references (as applicable).

2. Formatting Requirements
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Citation Style: APA 7th Edition (unless specified otherwise)
- Length:
- Abstracts: 250–300 words
- Full Papers: 3,000–5,000 words
- Posters: Submit in high-resolution PDF with an abstract
3. Submission Checklist
Before submitting your work, ensure:
- The manuscript follows the official template.
- All authors and affiliations are correctly listed.
- The abstract and keywords are included.
- All references are properly cited.
- Plagiarism is below 15% (checked using Turnitin or equivalent).
4. Peer Review Process
All full paper submissions go through a double-blind peer review. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on:
- Relevance to the conference theme
- Originality and innovation
- Methodological soundness
- Clarity and coherence
- Contribution to the academic field
Authors will receive feedback for revision and improvement. Final decisions are made by the editorial committee.
5. Ethical Considerations
CRID adheres to strict academic integrity and publication ethics. Authors must:
- Avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism
- Disclose any conflicts of interest
- Acknowledge all funding sources and contributions
Misconduct may result in rejection or retraction of published work.
6. Publication Charges
Accepted papers may be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee supports:
- Professional editing and formatting
- DOI registration and indexing
- Digital archiving and dissemination

8. Presentation at Conference
Authors of accepted papers are expected to:
- Present their work at the designated conference (in-person or virtual)
- Prepare a presentation (slides/posters) in accordance with session requirements
- Engage in discussions and Q&A sessions with peers
