Peer Review Policy

Peer Review Policy

At CRID Conferences, we prioritize academic integrity, quality, and transparency in all our publications. Our peer review policy is designed to ensure that each submission receives a fair, unbiased, and thorough evaluation by qualified experts.

Purpose of Peer Review

The peer review process serves to:

  • Validate the originality and significance of the research.
  • Improve the quality of submissions through constructive feedback.
  • Ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with ethical standards.
  • Maintain the credibility and reputation of the conference proceedings.

Review Process Overview

We follow a double-blind peer review system, where both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous to each other. This helps prevent bias and ensures impartial assessments.

Steps in the Review Process:

  1. Initial Editorial Screening

      • Checks for plagiarism, scope, formatting, and basic quality.
      • Papers that do not meet minimum standards are returned to authors.

  2. Reviewer Assignment

      • Suitable experts are assigned based on the subject matter and experience.

  3. Double-Blind Review

      • Reviewers evaluate the paper’s originality, relevance, methodology, results, and clarity.

  4. Feedback & Recommendations

      • Reviewers submit comments and suggest one of the following:
          • Accept
          • Accept with Minor Revisions
          • Revise and Resubmit
          • Reject

  5. Author Revisions

      • Authors are given time to address feedback and resubmit their work.

  6. Final Decision

      • Editors review the revised submission and reviewers’ responses before making a final decision.

Review Criteria

Reviewers assess submissions based on:

  • Relevance to the conference theme
  • Originality and innovation
  • Theoretical or practical contribution
  • Methodological rigor
  • Clarity of writing and structure
  • Ethical compliance

Reviewer Ethics and Confidentiality

All reviewers are expected to:

  • Maintain confidentiality and not share or use content prior to publication.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest.
  • Provide fair, unbiased, and constructive evaluations.

Appeals and Disputes

If an author believes that a review decision was unfair or flawed:

  • A formal appeal can be submitted to cridpublishing@gmail.com
  • Appeals must include a detailed rationale and any supporting documents.
  • The Editorial Board will conduct a secondary review, which may involve additional reviewers.
