Transparent Pricing for Inclusive Participation

At CRID Conferences, we are committed to offering high-quality academic experiences at accessible rates. Our pricing model is designed to support global participation while covering essential costs associated with organizing, reviewing, publishing, and promoting scholarly work.

Conference Registration Fees

Registration fees vary depending on the type of participant and the format of the event (in-person or virtual). Each conference will provide specific pricing details, but standard categories include:

  • Students (Undergraduate & Postgraduate) – Discounted rate.
  • Academics and Researchers – Standard rate.
  • Industry Professionals – Premium rate.
  • Listeners/Observers – Minimal access fee.

Registration typically includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions.
  • Digital conference materials (schedule, proceedings, certificates).
  • Participation in Q&A and networking sessions.
  • Publication of accepted papers in the proceedings (for authors).

Publication Charges

In addition to the registration fee, authors may be subject to a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted papers. This fee covers:

  • Peer review management Editorial and formatting services.
  • DOI and ISBN registration.
  • Digital publication and long-term archiving.

Note: These charges will be clearly communicated before final submission and are only applicable if the paper is accepted for publication.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Bank Transfer.
  • Mobile Payment Gateways (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
  • Credit/Debit Cards (for international participants).
  • Online Payment Platforms (PayPal or others, where applicable)

Detailed payment instructions are shared via email after registration or acceptance notification.

Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

Full Refund

Request made within 7 days of payment AND before the paper review process begins or event materials are shared.

Partial Refund

  • Request made after review has started but before the final acceptance notification or conference materials are sent.
  • Administrative fee may apply.

No Refund

  • If the paper has been accepted and scheduled for presentation/publication.
  • If the event has already taken place or materials have been distributed.

Transfer of Registration

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or co-author. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the event with the replacement participant’s details.
