Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Note: No submission charges. Fees are payable only after acceptance of the manuscript.

Concessions for Developing Countries

Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income economies, as classified by the World Bank, may be eligible for a full or partial waiver of the APC.

Waiver requests must be made during submission and are subject to editorial board approval.

Invoicing and Payment Process

  • Invoice Generation

    • Once your manuscript is accepted, an official invoice will be issued.

    • It will include:

      • Article title

      • Author name(s)

      • Invoice number

      • APC amount and payment instructions

    • The invoice will be sent to the corresponding author’s email.

  • Payment Methods

    • Payments can be made via:

      • Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

      • Mobile Banking (for local authors in Bangladesh)

      • PayPal / International Payment Gateway (coming soon)

    • Bank details will be provided on the invoice.

  • Proof of Payment

    • Authors are required to email the payment receipt or transaction confirmation to:

  • Confirmation

    • Upon verification of payment, the production process will continue.

    • Authors will receive a payment confirmation email along with final publication details.

  • Transparent fee structures

  • Fair access to waivers for disadvantaged authors

  • No compromise on the quality of peer review regardless of payment status

We are committed to making high-quality academic publishing accessible and affordable, especially for authors from resource-limited settings.

  • APC is non-refundable once the article is accepted and published.

  • No charges are applied for articles rejected after peer review or desk screening.
